Will you also guard Kayibanda's corpse for as long as these dogs have  guarded that of their fallen comrade? We are going to hang Kayibanda at the gallows and dump his corpse over the border on Rwandan soil where it belongs. You will be free to guard it, as that would be a matter between you and Rwanda.
