Most African Societies Are Mis- Ruled Buy Uneducated Tryants Like Rwandan Outlaw Kayibanda Museveni, Who Have Ruined Their Economies And Give No Hope And No Future To The Youth. It Is A Never Ending Tragedy Of The Shattered African Dream..
