My advice to Hon. Kyagulanyi he should go and read, even if it means burning the mid night oil.. You can't have a grasp of matters of fiscal and monetary policies if you don't invest time in reading.. The men he keeps quoting like Martin Luther Jr., Nelson Mandela, Kwame Nkurumah and so on were avid readers.. It is the reason that enabled them to make inspiring speeches that moved the masses.. Being informed as a leader is necessary if not important. It ain't good to act like you know when you don't..
