{UAH} Mr Owana/Mr Bwanika: what happened to the assets of former cooperatives such as stores/land

Mr. Owana/Mr. Bwanika:

Cooperatives may have collapsed but what happened to their assets-and also liabilities- especially stores and land? Most cooperative societies had stores where they stored goods from their members, eg. coffee, cotton, simsim  etc.

At a higher level,  there were cooperative owned ginneries and even factories. What happened to those? Who for example claimed the land where the stores stood assuming they were neglected or even destroyed?

And also  what happened to the district farm institutes (DFI) and their expansive land?
