Rwandan pillock KAYIBANDA abandoned his dream of turning Uganda into a Middle Class  country by 2020-  just  few months ago. His vision now is turned to turning Uganda into a First  World Country. There are different definitions of STUPID, but how would you describe this STUPID?.. Why is Uganda so cursed as to be misruled by an uneducated buffoon, mental midget  and complete idiot?
