We first shared these activist rules on March 4, 2016 - 3 years ago. Facebook has reminded us of them today. Nothing has changed.

The 15 Golden rules for effective action

1. Never take advice from the enemy. [But listen carefully as s/he speaks. This is not a contradiction].
2. Never hold "critical meetings" of more than 2 persons. In our spy/informer infested situation, three is a already crowd. Larger meetings should be basically for brain storming,not decision making.
3. Never react to enemy provocation - sometimes those you call your own are at the service of the enemy. Their job is to cause you to commit tactical mistakes, by appealing to human emotions
4. Never follow the enemy's time table. Never rush. Never engage in unplanned activity- Never.
5. Never attack your enemy when she is most ready. There will always be a more suitable hour.
6. Never spend a day without assessing the enemy's capacity. Never underestimate your enemy.
7. Never declare your real intentions more than 30 minutes before execution.
8. Never write anything down, except in an agreed format.
9. Trust no one but yourself.
10.Never get arrested. But when this happens, don't resist. The enemy needs a reason to kill you.
11. Never wait for orders when your assessment is that time is ripe for an activity.
12. Never use your phone for communicating correct, vital operational information.
13. Find at least an hour in a day to be alone - Just by your self- and critically think about the task ahead.
14. Say little. Very little.
15. Never follow a routine for more than 2 days. Never.
