{UAH} Poverty levels double, survey shows

NRM has been told multiple times about these sorts of things.

NRM ideology is absurd and self rewarding inherent in grand projects
with no social bearing at all or if they have they will kill off local
innovation. I don't think there is systematic planning rather than
instinctive industrialisation projects; factories here factories
there.

Where do you sell the products of very low quality? Industrialists are
rent seekers and
therefore can't produce at below average costs! There's also another
problem I have discovered. All international companies still feel
Uganda is a very risk territory and repatriate their earnings as soon
as they make it and also maintain a lean staff.

This cause depreciation of the shilling since profits are not
reinvested but used to buy off dollars that is moved out of the
country.

Compare that with Chinese investors in Canada Real Estates or Indians
in Great Britain.

There is virtually no wealth creation. And Indians too have learned this game.

Now NRM is in panicking mode - YET implementing above programs will
lead to authentic and genuine industrial establishment and production
at more than 75% production capacity and full employment and
increasing government revenues.

If government hires people there is automatic saving with NSSF. I have
travelled this country besides smooth roads - there is very little
local development
