{UAH} Poverty levels double, survey shows

There is a solution though – the situation can be remedied in a year
by government changing course from mega –infrastructure investments to
short –term infrastructure investment.

That is starting with massive construction projects for homes
(teachers, medical works, police force) to start with, building more
than 200 district headquarters (offices), then investment into small
town urban infrastructure, utilities and amenities (drainage, feeder
roads, all games sports facilities, water, sewer, power distribution
to homes, internet, fix telephony, waste handling nodes) , Public
Transport regional buses and Kampala—Entebbe - Jinja City urban
Transport network , food silos and receipting system and enforcing the
laws on building

Laws especially commercial buildings etc.
