{UAH} Rwanda now deploys army along its borders with Uganda

Annette Kobby/ Frank Mujabi,/ Ocaya p'Ocure

I will support Rwanda in any war between Kagame and Kayibanda Museveni. Kayibanda is by far the worst enemy of Uganda- any enemy of kayibanda is my friend- however temporary or opportunistic. if Kagame shoots him down, I will rush in to behead the bastardI am willing to accept help from any where so as to end the Rwandan aggression in our country, even including cooperating with Rwanda itself to loosen the occupation of Uganda by its citizens. We are separate countries so Rwandans in Uganda should peacefully return to their country and join in efforts to rebuild it. Those who choose to live in Uganda, must eschew all forms of violence and aggression, and must promise not to murder Ugandan citizens again at any point in the future and must sign a code of conduct on good citizenship and loyalty to Uganda,. I would willingly walk to the gates of hell and back if it would help to terminate kayibanda's tyranny and drag him to the gallows to hang.

Rwanda has heavily deployed armed personnel along its border lines with Uganda further raising already strained diplomatic tensions between the two countries.
The armed personnel are visible in the hills at Mukaniga, Byumba and Buganza. Also at Chanika in Kisoro district, the Rwandan army can be seen patrolling the Rwandan side of the border.
Uganda's Internal Security Organization (ISO) officials and locals confirmed the presence of the heavily armed Rwanda Defence Force soldiers along the borders.
Although ISO officials said, Uganda doesn't see a reason yet to also deploy armed personnel, Rwanda's deployment has aroused tensions among the locals near the borders.
Rwanda and Uganda once fought a deadly battle on foreign soil in Kisangani in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in June 2000. The number of casualties was in excess of 1,000, with Uganda registering the biggest deaths.
