{UAH} Sex outside of marriage could soon be legal in Utah

A law enacted in 1973 madefornication or sex between people not married to each otherillegal in Utah. Fornication was classified as a class B misdemeanor. The Utah State Legislature repealed the misdemeanor crime offornication Wednesday.
