IN ADDITION TO VERY LOW BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL, KADAGA DEVELOPED A BLOOD CLOT WHICH CAUSED A STROKE THAT AFFECTED HER BRAIN AREA THAT DEALS WITH SPEECH AND MEMORY.SHE IS STILL IN CRITICAL CONDITION AND HER RELATIVES REFUSED ONE TOP REGIME OFFICIAL FROM ACCESSING HER.
