This hospital has treated more Ugandan HIV/AIDS patients than any other in the UK. It has also recorded the highest number of deaths by Ugandans and significant births as well. At any one moment in time, there are at least 3 Ugandan patients here in this hospital. It is the Ugandan hospital away from home.
