{UAH} WHAT IS THE ROLE OF POLICE OF UGANDA IN AS FAR AS BESIGYE IS CONCERNED

Allo me to put it to your attention that the police of uganda has become a complete devil worse than Satan we have ever heard of. 

Where Besigye goes the whole police of the country follows him spray8ng tear gas and infected water. 

Besigye was in Mbarara we saw tear gas bullets etc...he was in Ishaka we saw the same...he went to Tororo we saw the same...

But dead copse M7 is free to travelfreely in our tax payers cars with escots....to shaw his roten muscles.....

What should we do if at all we need thos man out office...ugandans...wake up stop holding back....
