I have read the article by Akillah, the only item I find with "seeming mistake" is Cpt. Mike Mukula being referred to as Muhoho Kenyatta!
The said picture if I recollect was taken either late last year or earlier this year in Kisumu before the firing of CS Echesa.

Details of a secret meeting in Dubai between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga have emerged.The two leaders have been meeting privately since Saturday and they both returned to the country yesterday. ODM leader Raila Odinga arrived in the country around 4PM followed by President Uhuru six hours later.
