-- I hope the developments in the Sudan do not send a chill down your arses. The days of impunity are coming to an end . Impunity will be permanently buried in Uganda. We will make sure of that. We want a new Africa that basks in the rule of law and modern civilisation. We refuse to share our homeland with savages.
