{UAH} Child prostitution thrives in Mbarara

It seems child prostitution is now spreading to engulf the whole country. I read a very harrowing story about Lira, of how even 11 or 12 year old children are prostituting themselves on the streets at night. Child prostitution is no longer a Kampala problem, but has become a national tragedy. So who will protect our children? Who will open the gates of hell in which our children are trapped? 

We have a very clear policy on  child abuse. We will introduce the death penalty on day one of removing Kayibanda from power. Any man who rapes a woman or  has  sexual relations with a child under 14 years of age will face the death penalty.. We are determined to make the suffering and widespread abuse of Ugandan children  end and be buried  with the evil Kayibanda regime. In 1959, Castro and Che Guevara took the same measure to deal with the prostitution of Cuban children. Within weeks of overthrowing the Batista regime and unleashing the Cuban Revolution, Che Guevara collected all the owners of brothels  in Havana and had them shot in a public square.. Prostitution ended in Cuba that same day. That's the sort of  harsh measure we will have to take. against enemies of Ugandan children
