It is power, money and influence that talks in Kenya. There is absolutely no justice. i thought this is how this case would end. The one against Moi's son who raped and murdered a young white British tourist in the 1980s also ended the same way- with a cover up. i dont think we will ever have a properly  functioning justice system anywhere in black Africa that is fee from political influence and corruption. Very sad day for justice in Kenya and for the Otieno family.

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions has dropped the charge against Migori Governor Okoth Obado who was accused with conspiracy to commit the murder of Sharon Otieno.
