{UAH} ENGLISH BREAKFAST

This is the traditional English breakfast- it is still very poplar with the working classes, especially factory workers. You can see pork is very prominent- in the bacon and sausage. This is what I also have for my breakfast, except perhaps not as much as this- one egg, one rash of bacon, one sausage and two toasts will do. Then for lunch, I normally have ham ( also pork) sandwich, and for dinner, I usually eat lamb or  chicken stew, pizza or pork barbecue with potatoes, rice or pasta. This can't compare with American food, which is often three or four times more than this. I used to go to an American sandwich takeaway restaurant in west london and the sandwiches would be so huge, I would have to have it cut into 6 pieces so as to  keep it in the fridge to  eat two or three times. I dont know how you guys have such huge appetites.- no wonder Americans are the fattest and most obese in the world.
