Even you surely would not object to the decision of the people's court to sentence the Kasese Butcher Elwelu to death. There is no appeal unfortunately for the blood-soaked fascist and mass killer. He must hang or be be killed if he resists arrest or capture. His fate is sealed and there is no escaping his destiny.
