{UAH} HOW TO LEGALLY CHASE YOUR TENANT IMMEDIATELY

Tenants can be a pain in the wrong place! The only scenarios that render it lawful to chase your tenant immediatly instead of waiting for 3 months notice, are -
1. When there is no written/signed tenancy agreement stating an agreed notice period.
2. When the tenant breaches a clause in the agreement that warrants their evacuation.
3. When the house is deemed unsafe for tenant to live and has to for their own good.

If none of the above, then it's unlawful! The law says you should give a 3 months' notice.
