{UAH} THE IPOD SUMMIT 2019 FACTS:

1- One participant delays summit, arrives late by 8 hours.

2 - Another participant complains about the one delaying the summit.

3 - All of them then complain about another participant who refused to attend altogether.

4 - Then they give themselves 35 billion shillings "for party activities", shake hands and return home.

Even with such sloppy and empty leadership, you will hear someone saying that these are Africa's political geniuses.

Ok then where is their roadmap for Uganda to rise from their self-serving mediocrity, to international standards like the recent South Africa general elections?
