{UAH} KENYAN CS ORDERS EDUCATION MINISTRY TO REVOKE RUTO'S FAKE Ph.D.

I was very surprised when Ruto started to stamp "Dr" infront of his names. He is not recorded anywhere as have enrolled for medical or doctoral studies, so it took me by complete surprise. Now it seems his Ph.D is bought, in a similar fashion  like Janet kataha, the Ugandan Education minister  ordered for  a BA Ed from Makerere University or Grace Mugabe ordered for a Ph..D from the University of Zimbabwe- in the case of these two women, they didn't even bother to attend any lectures or seminars..

It is good to know, atleast the Kenyan authorities are not letting him get away with it as you can see from this trenchant response from the CS in charge of Education. We need more civil servants like Mr Magoha who are prepared to stand up for sanity and put thugs in their place. Thugs like Roto  have no need for Ph.Ds.
