But which government first bans over ten radio & TV stations and summarily fires their news editors, presenters, jounalists and producers, then the next day the same government starts the investigation that should have first established if they did anything wrong in the first place, then tomorrow Uganda is also supposedly celebrating World Press Freedom day 2019...
