Miguna Miguna strongly disputes Raila Odinga's claims that he (Raila) is the one who informed UAE ruler Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum about the fake gold scam.

"Raila Odinga is not the head of police. He is not the DCI or the EACC. He is not the DPP. Nor is he a cabinet secretary or a principal secretary. Consequently, he could not have been called by the UAE Prince to go "resolve" the theft." ~ Miguna.
