{UAH} PAEDOPHILE RUHAKANA RUGUNDU DELIVERS DEATH SENTENCE ON APAA PEASANTS

Tony Owana/ Ahmed Katerrgga,

Please dont blame me if the People's Court gets into over-drive or over-active. It needs to catch up with a long list of unrepentant and incorrigible NRA/ Rwandan criminals. The beer-bellied  Rugundu is facing serious charges not only relating to paedophilia, but also for the genocide he has commissioned against the peasants of Apaa.. All of Rugundu's charges are capital in nature and it is likely he will face the death penalty by hanging because of the revolting and particularly egregious nature of his crimes, such as the rape and sexual abuse of young boys.. We are unlikely to accept any excuse that  he is fat and therefore that hanging him would cause great suffering, constituting cruel and inhumane treatment in International Law. We will show no mercy to criminals like Rugundu,
Bobby

DISTURBING 'DECISION' ON APAA ANNOUNCED TO MPS IN PRIME MINISTERS OFFICE

Apaa Monitor has been informed by a number of Members of Parliament that yesterday MPs of relevant constituencies were summoned to the Prime Ministers Office to receive information about the President's 'decision' on Apaa:

That;
1- Everyone in Apaa must be evicted.
2- Those with valid National Identity taken 2013-2014
will be given benefits predetermined by the state.
3- People with National IDs will be given:
- 10million
- 20 bags of cement
- 20 iron sheets
4- Those without National ID cards to be paid 2 million
Ugandan Shillings
5- Apaa market will be closed

Members of Parliament present demanded that the Prime Minister provide a written document. Members of Parliament from Amuru District also reiterated that the people of Apaa have already made it clear that they will not accept compensation or any form of resettlement to be induced to leave the land.

The Parliamentary Committee assigned to investigate and consider solutions to the Apaa crisis was not informed about this step. We are uncertain whether the Apaa community has received this news.

We ask for the supporters of the community of Apaa to remain strong and to not loose hope, and to extend messages of support and strength to those in Apaa.
