{UAH} Philippines sends rubbish back to Canada

Why is your adopted country dumping toxic waste in a poor country?  I dont normally agree with President Duterte, but this time the man was right to kick Canada's arse as roughly as he did..  Imagine some of the dumped waste included soiled nappies and diapers from old people's homes. I hope Canada has now signed the Basle  Convention which prohibits such uncivilised, hooligan and criminal behaviour.
