Has anyone ever seen Rwandan outlaw Kayibanda Museveni with his hair down, socialising and having fun? The pot-bellied thug is so afraid of a sniper's bullet he will never expose himself in public. He is also a sociopath who never relaxes. He is happiest when killing or torturing his victims. Kayibanda is reported to ejaculate everytime he shoots a victim in the eye. Kayibanda is a psychopath who has no time for the simple pleasures of life. Thats why he will hang as he is a disgrace to humanity.
