As we fast during this Holy Month of Ramadhan, we pray that the silence of International Human Rights Organisations and the donor community does not indicate islamophobic indifference, or ideological complicity with the perpetrators of serial murders & wanton religious persecution of Muslims in Uganda simply because of their faith.
