-- I dont know the full circumstances of these children's death, but what parent in the world would leave unattended in a swimming pool children of such a tender age?. You can't even leave them outside of your door, let alone in or near a a swimming pool. I am afraid in power, we will deal very harshly with child neglect and abuse, with a mandatory death penalty in cases like this,
