{UAH} Sri Lankan Muslims face pogroms as the state turns a blind eye to mobs

Gwokto,/ Ikanos/ Frank Mujabi

I have been warning about this impending holocaust in Sri Lanka. It seems the Sinhala Buddhists want what they call a "Final Solution" to the Muslim Problem- which is to expel  the nearly 1.5 million Muslims from Sri Lanka. Where they will be expelled to is any one's guess, but India has made it clear it will not accpet them.. Sri Lanka's muslims are mainly Tamil speaking, but they don't get on with their fellow Catholic Tamils. so they are isolated from mainstream Sinhalese society. The arrival of jihadist ideology, especially of Isis and its affiliated brands, has served to isolate and even demonise the muslims even further The Easter Sunday jihadist attack which killed over 250 catholic worshippers, most of them children, was the worst terrorist attack the country has known. It has also put muslim society further into isolation and made them very vulnerable to revenge attacks and  a potential holocaust.

"Close by there were two to three truckloads of army [soldiers] and they didn't do anything to help."

Mobs in Sri Lanka are destroying mosques, looting Muslim-owned businesses and breaking into Muslim houses with authorities doing little to stop their rampage
