I really love what Museveni is doing these days.

For example he has invented a unit which works twenty hours. If you
have a case of corruption just take that evidence to them. The unit is
made up of: Lawyers, the Police, Army, Accounts etc.

So far, the most interesting case is of an engineer that
misappropriated funds from Ministry of Local Government and went
underground for 9 years. The people went to the unit and bust the
man's cover with all documentation about how the scheme was executed.

In all cases and intent so far, the evidence is so overwhelming for
the culprits to escape.

Now that coupled with community evidence rather than the police which
in this case would be the investigator of the first and last resort –
this unit is setting a new precedence in Uganda's criminal justice
where NRM is all but a mess.

Since NRM is ravaged with corruption- the units work plan is all well
laid out and I personally 'am watching with extreme excitement.

That is exactly the same as above in my earlier. I am very much
interested in understanding how the politics of economics and
corruption and this new Museveni corruption unit is fairing when it
comes to international project investment.
