Me i have always not trusted Rwandese...Bugingo after stealinh enough from.ugandans now wants to go and pocket the money.  Get rid off hos old woman whom he thinks she is not beuetifull....

But whe  he was poor in Owino this poor lady stood by him. Now he got money he thinks he can speak welk and be listened too  .he wants the young woman to enjoy the money. 

Ugandans watch what FOREIGNERS are using us for...
