Artistic impression of the full Kingdom Kampala Mall project. On completion, the complex will have 2 office towers, a 5-star hotel, serviced apartments and a parking bay with a capacity of 2,000 cars

Business magnate Sudhir Ruparelia took over the land where the new mall stands from Saudi Prince Al-Waleed Bin Tal who was initially supposed to have built a five-star hotel for the Common Wealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in 2007.

The hotel project under Prince Al-Waleed Bin Tal together with Abland Africa an International firm from south Africa, never took off, leading to the sale of their interests in the land to Crane Management Services (CMS) – property management arm of the Ruparelia Group.

Construction of this $100 modern commercial and office complex located between Nile avenue, Yusuf Lule Road and Dewinton Road kicked off in 2016.
