The cardinal role of Government is to protect citizens and their property... Government must protect it's people even from self hurt. Ugandans are desperately travelling to Arab countries in search of employment...they are however being turned into slaves or provider of spare parts for sick Arabs and all this while the Government is mute because the slave traders are highly connected individuals!!
