{UAH} Eight officials arrested as State House probes BoU

Beer bellied alcoholic Tumusimmy Mutebelly is the most useless Governor the Bank of Uganda has ever had. The man spent all his three decades at the bank drinking whisky and allowed criminals to take over the bank. Mutebelly will go down in history as one of the top 3 people who betrayed Uganda. He is worse than scum.
