{UAH} In legal victory for Assange, Swedish court rules against extradition

How do you explain the behaviour of Canada, Sweden and Australia, all of whom are supposed to be civilised countries that should care about the welfare of their citizens caught up in trouble abroad? The shameful behaviour of these countries is no better than that of the shithole countries that exchange political refugees for political gain

Take Canada as an example. Its citizen Jack Letts, best known as Jihadi Jack, is in the custody of Kurdish RPG fighters for over one year now. Jihadi Jack is suspected to be an Isis Executioner, responsible for beheading at least 39 victims. But thats is no reason for Canada to wash its hands completely off its citizen. Jihadi Jack's parents, both of them Canadian citizens, are now undergoing trial for terrorism at the Old Bailey in London. . They are accused of sending money to their terrorist son, knowing that Jihadi Jack would use the money for terrorist purposes. Yet despite the trial, which has been going on for two weeks now, Canada has not uttered a word about the fate of its three citizens. It is as if they don't exist. This is the Canada whose baby faced leader Justin Trudeau used to pratt the slogan  "Once a Canadian, Always a Canadian". You dont  hear him singing that puerile lullaby since the trial of his own citizens began at the Old Bailey. His tail is tucked firmly behind his arse.

Then take Sweden, and the disgraceful manner it has treated Julian Assange. It seems Sweden has all along been colluding with the USA against its own citizen. It supports the illegal actions of the USA to have Assange kidnapped from a UK jail and flown to the USA to be put on a kangaroo trial and hanged. It is only now that the Swedish courts are beginning to wake up to the scandal and total betrayal of the Swedish nation and is now trying to restrain the criminal and treacherous actions of its government, but it may be too late for Assange.

Then lastly, take Australia, Julian Assange's actual country of birth and where his roots are and his parents and most of his relatives still live. Australia will not lift a finger to defend its own citizen. It has totally disowned Assange, in fact its behaviour is as if  no person called Assange ever existed.

Now all these three countries have transferred their responsibility and duty to their citizens to the UK government. The UK has to carry the burden and responsibility for the terrorist activities of Canadian citizens. And the UK also has to try to prevent Assange from being lynched by the Americans because his own countries of citizenship, Sweden and Australia, are too cowardly to stand up to Donald Trump and to the USA.

The Uppsala District Court yesterday ruled against a bid by Swedish state prosecutors for the country to formally detain WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange in absentia, which would have set in motion a request for his extradition from Britain.
