Why are these Rwandan body snatchers  fighting their war in our country? Why cant they fight in Rwanda?. They should leave us alone to resolve our own problems, without meddling. If any war breaks out between the Rwandan mafia bosses,  I will support the owl-eyed warlord  Paul Kagame so that we kill or arrest Kayibanda. Then I will sit down with Kagame and agree on concrete measures to permanently end Rwandan aggression against a sisterly neighbour. I will also discuss with Mr Kagame the vexed question of Rwandan citizens who also pose as Ugandan citizens for the purposes of committing crime. I will sign a Peace Pact with Kagame that ensures no Rwandan citizen ever holds a gun or serves in the security services in Uganda ever again, but allows any Rwandan citizen who is law abiding,  peaceful, and loyal to Uganda to cross the border to seek for work and to resettle and become a  citizen  if he so wants.. But the  permanent cessation of  aggression, hostility, hatred and war like activities  from Rwanda would be the quid pro quo of any Peace Pact with Kagame. and with Rwanda
