{UAH} Man asks woman to repay him for drinks he bought because they didn't have sex

Many UK men are now sending demands for a refund when dates do not go to their expectations. Should society move forward and simply declare that bills are shared 50%-50% at all dates? It is very embarrassing to have to send a demand after the event.
