{UAH} OK! AFRICA'S STORY BY AFRICANS.
Picture (From right to left): Captain Thomas Sankara (Burkina Faso), Patrice Emery Lumumba (Congo), Steve Biko (South Africa), and Field Marshal Idi Amin Dada (Uganda).
Of course Africa has many more panafricanist heroes out there. But in the four people pictured here, only one survived several close call assassination attempts plotted by white colonialism powers. The rest were literally murdered with impunity.
And as we all know, alot has been said and done to distort, ridicule, or simply bury the true historic legacy of certain charismatic Africans, while systematically demonizing them using the international media.
So just two quick questions:
- Who among these four leaders was in your opinion the most relentless in the struggle for the liberation of Africa and the freedom of black people around the world?
- Plus what were their individual achievements in fighting colonialism, discrimination and striving for Africa's political and economic independence?
