Take this forum as a repository.
Uganda is moving on and researchers will need to validate given
information from credible sources .
Be factual as much as you can when posting, emotions and joyfication aside.
There are people who should be here but decide to be away due to the
manner we debate or talk about some issues! (Dr. Buga, Kayondo,
Kayongo, Ochan Otim, Latigo, Yoswa etc.)
I see Africa on course but still facing enormous organisational and
human resources problems.
There is need for serious talk in whatever form.
