There is an enormous amount of projects going on in this county.
However lack of administrative skills, structures and NRM tribal
corruption will see all these efforts watered down. Imagine a road
bridge within a capital city swept away by water can be repaired
despite the fact the even members of parliament and minister cross it!
Since 2006 there is no single month that has passed without power
going off. And with the rains the mean infrastructure in place is
being destroyed and no one was prepared for it.
What I do not understand is how the state will solve the slums that
have developed all over the place. Ell simple geometry, mechanics and
the rationality accompanying it is basically NOT African business
Africa is a pain.
