I sense Ugandans dying to publicly mention the word "Ssabanyampi" (the master of all farters) but fearing retribution and being sent to Luzira maximum security prison like Dr. Stella Nyanzi for calling His Excellency President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni "a pair of buttocks".
