Gen Aronda before he died had created a system in the immigration that
had stumped out corruption.
It take either a day or two weeks to get a passport paying between UGX
250000 - UGX 300000 shs
However people still run to agents (Middle East jobs) pay UGX 400000 -
UGX 450000 Shs to get the same passport!
