{UAH} Trust and Urgency

Now that the "Central" Bank is dead
the youth have not had the opportunity to learn the principals of
Trust and Urgency ((agent) = role of the animate entity that
instigates or causes the happening...)
Uganda as a country has finally collapsed in our face.
The whole of last year there were huge amount of 50000 fake bank notes
circulating in the market. Concerned, in my individual capacity asked
where this money came from and why the police could not find the
offenders.
As usual nothing mattered!
case closed.
