Can somebody help me here to understand how electoral commision has powers to creat district euthputs parliament approval..

Does EC pay fanances for the newly formed districts

Why do those districts send MPs to parliament....

Explain to me how ugandas electeral commissions limits...

Am not sure if am still with ugandans in uganda or am walking with demented leaders in the country
