Every one of us has had time to interact with a computer be it with data or even playing music. But before we list the top 10 Best ICT Universities in Uganda, let's understand what is Information Communication and Technology.
First of all, ICT is the study of processes that interact with data and how they can be represented in the form of programs. Hence, a degree in ICT is specifically the study of reports and methodology in a computational scientific and practical approach.
