Well, she was wrong! Young white American have jumped on coding and
software engineering development full speed generating:

25 years of Euro-American innovation, 1994-2019: Google, Wikipedia,
Uber, Facebook, Amazon, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, Android, Apple's
iOS, Netflix, YouTube, SnapChat, smartphone, cloud computing,
Artificial Intelligence, PayPal, Spotify, Airbnb, etc. (by Kalyegira

You are right - there is an inherent problem and that is prolonging
the, "African American despair" where there isn't and despair become a
culture that feeds on its own in; Rapper Music, African America
English, Black Africa Sports Heroism, Gangsterism, Lutheran
Libertarianism (Martin Luther King had a locus)

If you can get an interview made by Barry White somewhere in 1980s or
early 90's about his upbringing and his struggle to rescue his brother
from drugs - it is really telling.
