There is no comparison

The crime pattern in a typically cultural and religious society,
defies all that we know about it.

Though the generative mechanism is getting riches in majority cases
but even where money is not the denominator the bestial way is
administered has left me in total surprise. These boys and girls are
totally clean in their consciousnesses and take crime as a right and
justified way they have to live their lives!

I am still to gain a grasp of what exactly is going on in these
people's brains. And I more than convinced that we have to understand
the crime pattern and structure before we can even struggle to
eliminate.

Elimination could be just erasing the symptoms of a far underlying
problem in thee societies.
