In other news South Sudan unveils it's youngest General. 22 year old Brigadier General Agot Gabriel Jok Riak is the son of Gen. Gabriel Jok Riak, currently Chief of South Sudan Peoples Defense Forces Army. Gen Gabriel was recruited straight from a Ugandan secondary school.
