Do you see how strategic Kayibanda is? He is trying to destroy the DP and  Buganda Political  Contiguity At The Same Time, And He Is Using Just One Bottle Of Wine.

 

Kayibanda Realised All Along That Bob Wine Might Be A Threat But With His Threat He Also Carried Great Opportunities For His Life Presidency Project, If Handled Carefully And With Tact.   

 

Kayibanda Realised Earlier Than Most People That Wine Has Many Tastes And Flavours, But For  Wine To Be Drunk By The Baganda, Bob Needed  To Be Compliant To  Mengo's Perennial Federal And Secessionist Agenda.  

The Ancient Saying,  "Life is too short to drink bad wine."- is the spanner that Kayibanda has thrown into the milieu, Exposing  Three Different Fault Lines In Buganda Society: That of The Monarchy, That Of DP and The National And Indeed  Bob's Dilemma As Which Flavour Of Wine He Will Sell To The Rest of Uganda.

 

Poor Bob Is Now faced With Conflicting Demands, And As He Has No Ideology,  He Is Unable To Deliver As His Different Constituencies Holler:

I wait to see where this will end...when we joined other activists to put up a war Government against the junta the Sirandas got out and called us names,they even denounced us and declared us deserters...My sister Namayanja,brother Ssewungu Gonzaga and many others joined them in announcing us pasona non grata in DP...now the Sirandas are at the doors of another set of comrades professing People Power..and summons have been issued against them. These brothers of mine will only cheer you if you are organising against fellow Opposition, once you come up to organize serious against the junta, they summon you to answer charges in a court where the complainants are the judges,they label you tribalistic, demonise you over Press conferences and enventually treat you as a non member of DP a party they now hold in their captivity!

DP summons those who are allied to People Power

The Democratic Party has summoned its party members, who were appointed as coordinators of the People Power Movement.

According to the Democratic Party Secretary General Gerald Siranda, the leader of the People Power movement, Robert Kyagulanyi commonly known as Bobi Wine should have sought clearance from the party leadership before appointing its members.
